Did You Know?

There is no need for prior communication or training to be a volunteer at the WNC store. Just come when we're open, and we will find a job for you! We even have evening and weekend volunteer hours so bring the whole family!

No Training Needed

We currently serve 300 clients and over 700 individuals including client family members. That's a lot of people to help. Thanks for making a difference!

Making A Difference!

When the WNC store is closed, you can drop-off your donations at the Waunakee Police Station Monday-Friday from 7am to 5pm.

There are many ways to support WNC. Whichever you choose, we thank you for the help!

Monetary Donations

Currently, Waunakee Neighborhood Connection relies on generous neighbors like you to support our goals. We need monetary donations to not only pay for our programming, but to pay for our infrastructure, including rent, utilities, and phone service for the WNC store. All monetary donations are tax-deductible and receipts will be e-mailed or mailed to you after your donation is received. Donations may be made by

Online donations can be made by clicking the donate button below, or on the left side of any page on our website.

In Kind Donations

We need new or gently used closthing, personal or household items.
Check the Client Needs List for other specific and ongoing needs.

For large items, including furniture and appliances, email us at moc.cneekanuawnull@ofni to coordinate a pick-up time and we’ll deliver it right to a client in need.
Donations are also accepted at the Waunakee Police Station and Waunakee Walgreens during business hours.

All donations to WNC are tax-deductible so don’t forget to pick-up or ask for a tax donation receipt when making your donation. In kind donations can be dropped off at the WNC Store during any of the scheduled drop-off times.

The Third Monday of every month is DOUBLE DONATION DAY!

GoodShop – Do your online shopping through this sit and WNC gets up to 30% of your purchase.
Download the GoodShop and GoodSearch Toolbar WNC Toolbar to make it easy. The toolbar provides coupons and deals, WNC earns money every time you search with it and every time you make a purchase.
EBay Giving Works - You can also list your sale as something that will benefit WNC and attract larger bids.
Ooh La La Resale Boutique - Bring your designer clothing to this local consignment shop. Items not sold can be donated to WNC and money you earn from the sale of an item can be donated to WNC.
