COMMUNITY ACTION COALITION

Provides services to eligible Dane county residents with such things as eviction -prevention as well as financial education to help with stabilizing client’s financial situation. They also have a clothing and food distribution center.

DANE COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE

Dane County Public Health Nurse, Lorraine Meyer is available at the WNC Store on the last Monday of the month from 8a-Noon. ENERGY SERVICES

Provides funding for those who qualify for assistance with things like utilities and appliances. Call the number listed above to schedule appointment to determine if you qualify.

JOINING FORCES FOR FAMILIES

SHARE OF WISCONSIN - WAUNAKEE CHAPTER

SHARE is a nonprofit food buying club that offers groceries at reduced cost. Waunakee’s SHARE distribution center is at the Waunakee Village Senior Center.
